Koru Mindfulness App
There is an amazing app that enhances your Koru journey by putting your course materials in the palm of your hand. The app is designed to help you every step of the way so you get the most from your Koru class. Once your class has started, you’ll be able to do your daily practice with support from tutorials and guided meditations. The app will offer you a timer and a logbook to keep track of your practice, and key concepts to help you stay on track during and after your class has ended.

Just a note on The Mindful Twenty-Something:
This book is for students of all age ranges, from teens to the wisdom years. Don’t worry too much about the title…while it was written with twenty-somethings in mind, the stories and the content actually fit for any age group. The book follows the Koru Basic curriculum each week, so it is supported by the teaching. Koru teachers around the country say that older adults love the book and can identify with much about the challenges of being twenty: identity questions, new chapters in life, etc.
